The newly-expanded department will continue to offer a full range of service and support, across the company’s product range. With an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, Ambersphere’s friendly and knowledgable staff is always available to assist clients with their needs, from spare parts availability to product training, and service manuals.
Ambersphere Solutions is proud to welcome Rakhi Lahila to the team in the newly created role of Service Administrator. Rakhi will act as the liaison between customers and the service engineers, ensuring seamless coordination of the returns process and keeping clients informed every step of the way.
The service team has also been bolstered by the recent additions of Seamus Clarke, George Matthews, and Alex Swaine, who joined the company last year and at the beginning of this year, respectively. These talented individuals bring a wealth of experience from various fields, including theatre, concert touring, and TV & film, allowing them to provide expert technical support while understanding the demands of having equipment out of commission.
To accommodate the growth of the service department, Ambersphere has invested in a larger workshop and increased warehouse space, enabling more efficient organisation and operations.
Clients can continue to rely on Ambersphere’s factory trained support engineers for technical advice on product repairs. The company also maintains a backup stock of most current products, ensuring clients have access to the equipment they need when they need it.
