Support Technician

Hey there! We're looking for someone who loves using lighting consoles and explaining how they work to join our team as a MA Lighting Support Technician.
Whether you're a recent grad or just starting your career, if you're up for a challenge, we want to hear from you.

As our Support Technician, you'll be providing technical support and training to programmers and lighting designers in the industry,
as well as helping out with product demos.
You'll also be expected to assist programmers during busy festival periods and support a range of productions.

Here's what we're looking for:

•  A passion for lighting consoles and programming

•. The ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

•. Excellent communication skills

•. Permanent residency rights in the UK

•. A full driving license.

We'll provide full training on our products and presentations, so don't worry if you don't know everything just yet.

The Company:

Ambersphere Solutions Ltd is the exclusive UK sales, support, service and training centre for Ayrton, Astera, MA Lighting, Robert Juliat and Zactrack entertainment lighting products.

The Package:

Salary will be generous and in-line with experience. We offer 5 weeks paid holiday, health insurance, a company-wide (13 month) bonus scheme, life insurance, sick pay and pension.
