Support Technician

We are currently looking to recruit an additional Support Technician to help support MA Lighting users.

Your role would include providing training and technical support to the best programmers and lighting designers in the industry.

The role is based from our West London office, but will involve travel to clients around the country on an ad-hoc basis. 

The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, be technically competent, reliable and willing to become awesome at the role.

Full product and presentation training will be provided.

Only applicants with permanent rights of residency to work in the UK need apply. A full current driving license would also be essential.

The Company:

Ambersphere Solutions Ltd is the exclusive UK sales, support, service and training centre for Ayrton, Astera, MA Lighting, Robert Juliat and Zactrack entertainment lighting products.

The Package:

Salary will be generous and in-line with experience. We offer 5 weeks paid holiday, health insurance, a company-wide (13 month) bonus scheme, life insurance, sick pay and pension.
