Support Technician

Recent graduate or not long started your career?

Do you love using lighting consoles and enjoy explaining workflows and  programming?

We are currently looking to recruit an additional Support Technician to help support and train MA Lighting users.

Your role would include providing training and technical support to all levels of programmers and lighting designers in the industry as well as assisting Product Demos.

Furthermore, you will be expected to assist programmers during busy festival periods on site as well as provide support to a wide range of productions.

Full product and presentation training will be provided.

Only applicants with permanent rights of residency to work in the UK need apply. A full current driving license would also be essential.

Service Technicians/Engineers needed

Are you an experienced service technician or Engineer who is ready for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working with high quality entertainment lighting products? If so, then please speak to us…

We are expanding our service department and are looking to recruit a number of Service personel. We will provide full factory product training, as well as ongoing support and education. This is a chance to build your skills and serve all levels of the industry.

Your role would be providing top level service and support for our customers. Getting stuck into repairing and servicing products from our industry leading brands.

So, whether its repairing moving lights,  problem solving a desk issue or servicing traditional theatre fixtures, there is a position here for you in our expanding service department.

The role is based at our West London facility but may also involve occasional travel to clients around the country. 

The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, be technically competent, reliable, and willing to become awesome at the role.
