Self-Service Password Reset

Step 1: Click on Forgot Password

Step 2: Enter the account email and click Send Email

You will receive an email from your default staff email address with a link to reset the password if an account exists for the email address entered. The below error message is displayed when the email does not correspond to an active account:

Step 4: Click on the link to go to the password reset page

Step 5: Enter a new password and click Reset


Changing Login Password

The Change Password option is not available when the login mode is set to SSO 

Step 1: Log in to TeamTracks

Step 2: Click on the username at the top right of the screen and click on Profile

Step 3: Click on Change Password

Step 4: Enter the current password, enter the new password twice, and click Update Password
